When visitors post comments on our site, we gather the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. Additionally, an anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy can be found here. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from images posted on the site.
Cookies
• Comments: When you leave a comment, you may opt-in to save your name, email, and website in cookies. These cookies are for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.
• Login Page: A temporary cookie will be set to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Comment Retention
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
User Profiles
For users who register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for the username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
